The PS 3000 series of Polysteel forms
are manufactured in three core sizes, 6-inch, 8-inch and 10-inch.
We also offer manufactured corners. All Polysteel Forms have
an integral
tongue-and-groove design which locks the forms together
during assembly and provides a continuous barrier of insulation for the
finished wall. |
| Each 1.5" X 13" recessed, galvanized steel
furring strip is welded to the welded wire steel tie system, every 12 inches
on center, providing a uniform, strong and stable anchor for the attachment
of any exterior or interior wall covering desired. The interlocking
tongue-and-groove design allows the forms to fit easily and securely
together and the system requires no special tools or skills to install
successfully. |

Each corner has the same 1.5" X 13"
recessed, galvanized steel furring strip welded to the welded wire steel
tie system as found in the straight forms. Recessed furring strips
are even on the inner and outer edges of the corner. |
