The PS 4000 series of Polysteel forms are manufactured in two core sizes, 6-inch and 8-inch.  We also offer manufactured corners.  All Polysteel Forms have an integral tongue-and-groove design which locks the forms together during assembly and provides a continuous barrier of insulation for the finished wall.
 

Dimensions 

24" high x 48" long 6" Form:  11" wide 8" Form:  13" wide.

Steel Ties 

Galvanized steel wire welded in at least 40 locations.  21" x 1.5" attachment studs every 6" on center.

Recessed Attachment Studs 

Ties are recessed 1/2" below the surface and are marked by grooves on each side, which run the full length of the form.

Tongue-and-groove Design 

This new PolySteel standard provides for easier wet sets, panelized wall sections, and reversibility to simplify and speed installation.

Faster Installation 

Each form creates eight (8) square feet of wall area -- 50% more than standard ICF's.  Four courses of PS·4000 forms will stack an 8-foot wall, compared to six 16" forms or eight 12" forms.
