Form-A-Drain as a
Foundation Footing Form
System
Installation of Form-A-Drain
is simple, using lineal form sections, couplings, and corners which ensure
a precise form setup. Spacer straps hold forms in place at specified widths,
for consistent footing dimensions. Rebar stakes through vertical holes
in couplings and 90° corners establish proper location. Grade stakes
hold the Form-A-Drain system at the proper elevation for the concrete pour.
Alternatively, traditional forming stakes may be used utilizing dry wall
type screws in lieu of nails. The entire Form-A-Drain system is left permanently
in place, eliminating the need to return to the jobsite to strip, remove,
clean, and transport forms to the next jobsite.
